ATTENDANCE:
-Attend Tomoka Christian Church for at least 6 months.
-Attend Discover Tomoka: www.tomoka.cc/discover.

APPLICATION:
Complete and submit this application for review and help us get you plugged into a specific area in the ability ministry.

SAFETY:
The safety of the children and youth in our ministry is vital to everything else we do. Background checks and sexual abuse training are required for volunteers 18 years of age or older. If you do not have a current background check on file or have completed the sexual abuse training, you will receive a request to complete an online form through the email address you submit on this application.

GETTING STARTED
Once your background check and sexual abuse training is complete, the leader in the area you are interested in serving will contact you.

TRAINING
It is important when working with families and individuals with a disability that you show up prepared. Once you have completed the application process you will receive information on training.
